A full checklist of required documents for the Greek Golden Visa application. Our team prepares a personalised list for each case.
Core documents (generally requested)
- Valid passport — full copy of all pages
- Documents evidencing the qualifying investment and the source of the funds, as requested
- Civil-status documents (for example birth and marriage certificates) where family members are included, with certified translation and apostille or legalisation where required
- Greek Tax Number (AFM)
- Health insurance and criminal record certificate, where the competent authority requires them
- Official fees and payment receipts
- A properly executed power of attorney, where the application is submitted through a representative
Route-specific documents
- Real estate: purchase contract, notarial deed, proof of registration with the competent Land Registry or cadastre, and certificates showing the property is free of encumbrances
- Financial instruments: certification of the investment and its retention issued by the competent body, as applicable
- Business or other routes: documents specific to the statutory category relied upon
Case-specific documents
- Greek bank account opening: identification, proof of address, evidence of profession or employment, tax identification and source-of-funds documents — the bank decides what it requires and whether to open an account
- Documents for dependants, including minor children, which depend on each person's circumstances
- Additional documents the authority or a notary may request in an individual case
